Grandmother's Hope Chest: The Running Rooster (Book and Kit)


The Running Rooster is the first in a projected 12 volume series of books and kits. Each hardback book features a dear little girl interacting with her family. She has adventures discovering treasures in her Grandmother's hope chest. In each book, her grandmother teaches her how to create one of the items in the hope chest. In The Running Rooster, Lucy's grandmother comes to live with her family. Lucy puts her new skills to good use as she creates a hand-sewn potholder embroidered with a simple running rooster.
